Q. I have an article idea or would like to submit a photography shoot, how do I go about that?

A. We welcome your suggestions. Reach out to us through one of our social channels or shoot through an email via contact us.

We plan to cover all manner of Porsche Culture and would love to hear your thoughts.

Q. How much is shipping?

A. Good news! We offer free shipping on all orders over $15. That means nearly every item on our website is delivered free of charge (with the exception of the odd accessory item that is below $15).

Express delivery options and international orders will incur an additional charge depending on the weight and destination. The exact price will be calculated during the checkout process.

Q. What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?

A. Our free delivery service in Australia uses Australia Post Parcel Mail or Print Post depending on the items in the order. Officially the timeframe is anywhere from 2 - 7 days depending on your delivery zone, but from our experience, it is usually 2 - 4 days with the exception of some fringe cases.
Note - During the Covid-19 Pandemic these times may increase.

Q. What is your returns policy?

A. If you’re unlucky enough to receive a faulty product or your order has been damaged in transit, no sweat, just send us a picture of the product and the damage and we’ll gladly refund your order within an acceptable date after you have received your delivery.

To get started, please shoot through an email to help@duckandwhalemag.com with the subject ‘Return’. Please includes your name and order number in the email. A member of our team will contact you shortly to help initiate the process.

Please note, because we include free shipping with all orders, return mail and resend costs are the responsibility of the customer. This will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds will be processed using the original tender type. EFTPOS/Credit Card refunds must be processed against the original card details (the exact card used to make the original purchase).

Hang tight, it can take up to two weeks to receive and process your return. We'll be sure to send a refund notification email as soon as we've issued your refund.
